Joby rejoined Team Financial Strategies in May 2025 as a Financial Advisor, returning to the firm where he originally served clients from 2008 to 2011. He brings over 15 years of experience in comprehensive financial planning, drawing on years of experience with multiple advisory firms that specialize in comprehensive planning for affluent individuals and families in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

 A 2002 graduate of Texas Tech University with a B.A. in Finance, Joby earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation in 2012. In addition to his advisory work, he has gained valuable experience in firm operations and financial technology—insights that enhance his ability to deliver thoughtful, seamless service. His mission is to serve as a reliable partner—helping clients make wise, well-informed decisions that align with both their goals and values.

 Joby and his wife, Shae, live in Highland Village, TX with their three sons—Dakota, Mikah, and Kory. He enjoys coaching his sons' sports teams and is active in their church community.

Deeann Jarvis has been with Team Financial Strategies (TFS) since October of 2007. She holds the FPQP (Financial Paraplanner Qualified Planner) designation. Deeann enjoys serving TFS in various roles including assistant to the planners and other administrative duties.

Deeann has been married to her husband, Scott since 1985. Scott and Deeann have 6 kids including twin sons and their wives and a daughter and her husband. They also have 7 grandchildren. She and her husband are actively involved at Garden Ridge Church of Christ in Lewisville, TX where her husband has served as preaching minister since 2007. 

Her favorite pastime is playing with her grandchildren, spending time with family and friends, and serving in her church and community.
